Mix Labs are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our dedicated team and become a vital cog in our forever evolving machine. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the service we offer our customers.
- Contract? Initially this is a part-time role, but as we get busier, could become full-time if it suits both parties.
- Money? Depending on previous experience, we will offer a competitive wage. But we also offer a great work-life balance.
- Hours? We operate between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday), but hours will depend on what you want out of the role. Feel free to discuss your availability.

About Us
We're a fresh-faced vaping manufacturer and distributor based in the Garden of England. We support our valued customers around the UK to stock the best products in the industry. As each month passes, the Mix Labs brand is becoming more and more established. We are still very new, but we are here to stay.
About the role
You'll be a key part of our Warehouse team, assisting by carrying out key day to day tasks in order to keep operations on schedule. As well as;
- Pick and pack customer orders in a careful and precise manner, to keep mistakes to a minimum.
- Help manage the inbound, outbound & onsite stock movements.
- Assist with quality control check on products arriving from our suppliers, being stored and dispatched from site.
- Report any issues or problems to the Warehouse Manager including, but not limited to product integrity, stock discrepancies, quality & compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the entire Mix Labs team to deliver against planned projects and deadlines.
- Perform regular stock audits with our backend inventory system.
- Keep the warehouse area tidy to maintain a safe working environment.
What will stand you in great stead?
On the job training will be provided, so a positive mindset is critical, as well as a high level of prioritisation, IT skills and mathematical ability. Some heavy lifting will be required at times, so a good level of manual dexterity is important.
Being a small team, your communication and interpersonal skills need to be excellent. The better our communication is, the smoother the business will operate.
